Our proprietary Subaru springs went through rigorous dyno and real-world testing to guarantee the highest quality and best-performing springs. During our testing with the limited space in Subaru models, we found the linear spring was the perfect solution for the best-performing suspension on the market.

This unique technology improves handling and predictability off-road while keeping the plush on-road ride quality that Subaru is designed for. Our lift springs allow the fitment of larger tires for enhanced stability in inclement weather or tough terrain. Bilstein B6 Shocks and Struts
Developed for a variety of applications, including sports cars, sedans, coupes, trucks, and SUVs, Bilstein performance shock absorbers and struts have been designed to provide improved handling and ride control without sacrificing comfort. Fade-free performance is achieved by using high gas pressure, monotube design with a large diameter shock body.
Bilstein's patented design allows the excessive heat from the oil to transfer to the outer surface of the shock body and dissipate more efficiently. The dividing piston also permits the oil to expand as heat builds, preventing aeration (foaming) and viscosity loss. This allows the shock to maintain full damping characteristics as temperatures rise.
The tube of a Bilstein gas pressure shock or strut is fabricated using a special extrusion method. This process achieves an extremely tight peak-to-valley tolerance and maintains consistent wall thickness. Bilstein's seamless monotube design provides superior tube strength while maximizing heat dissipation and shock life.
Additional advantages, based on development strongly influenced by the motorsport industry, include greater stability, better road handling, and accurate steering. This combined with extremely high-quality manufacturing and materials means Bilstein's will last approximately four times as long as the Original Equipment.
Bilstein products are backed by an aftermarket lifetime warranty.
RalliTEK branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
If a RalliTEK branded product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it at our discretion. This policy covers only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
No payment or reimbursement shall be made for installation, removal, transportation, or other charges. The remedies outlined in this instrument are exclusive and the liability of RalliTEK with respect to any sale shall not exceed the price of the product on which the liability is based.

Once this step has been completed, your product must be returned directly to theRalliTEK Warranty Department, 13339 NE Airport Way, Suite 500, Portland, OR 97230. All shipping to the Warranty Department must be pre-paid and insured. RalliTEK will not be liable for damaged or lost inbound packages.

The RalliTEK website sells discontinued, special markup, and slightly blemished products at significant discounts as 'factory seconds' products. This warranty does not automatically cover products purchased as factory seconds. RalliTEK reserves the right to determine if any warranty applies on a case-by-case basis for factory second parts. If approved, the RalliTEK Warranty Department may repair factory second products for a reasonable charge and applicable shipping charges.
Non-RalliTEK branded products do not have any written or implied warranties. Products on RalliTEK.com are sold with the warranty applied directly from the manufacturer. The customer must contact the product brand manufacturer for any warranty details. I recently bought a used ‘14 Subaru Outback that was from the northeast and was in desperate need of some new suspension. After weeks of research, I landed on RALLITEK. The install was as straight forward as it could be dealing with the amount of rust I had. I didn’t realize how bad the old suspension was until the new suspension was installed and i took my first drive! What a difference!! I went with the stock height and couldn’t be happier. Cornering is tighter, potholes and washboard roads are a non issue now. Highly highly recommend! Can’t wait to get more RALLITEK parts for my build!

Bilstein B6 struts with RalliTEK springs
I purchased this kit for my 2010 Outback as it was in desperate need of suspension replacement. I wanted struts that could handle more off roading and camping gear loaded up in the car. These are the perfect fit! I absolutely love the ride quality unloaded and loaded up it’s even better. No squat in the rear end at all! It even added a 1/2-3/4 inch lift which is great also. Super pleased with theses struts and overload springs. Highly recommend for anyone taking there Subarus off road and camping/exploring!

Installed on my 2012 Outback Limited 3.6R., way better than oem, feels like a brand new car with this B6 kit. Would definitely recommend! It’s stiff, but can handle city potholes and light off-roading. Takes awhile to settle in height, but worth the upgrade.

Hard Riding
The ride on the 2014 Outback has become considerably more uncomfortable, not returning the car to the original level of comfort on-road: stiff and bumpy. Maybe the springs need some mileage to loosen up some? Still hoping the Bilstein struts and shocks with the custom Rallitek springs last a very long time and will soon revert to a better behaved ride on-road.

I'm sorry your not happy with the ride quality. It does take some time for the suspension to settle which will allow things to become more compliant. This also isn't a factory replacement suspension and it is designed to provide more support and better handling so some increase in stiffness is to be expected.
