If you would like discounts with us (and only for RalliTEK brand items), we ask that you do the following activities:

  • Videos
  • Social Media Posts
  • Forum posts
  • Etc

Before we send you a discount, we would like to see your dedication towards the brand and your efforts put in before we reward you with discount parts. This will also help us determine at what level to discount you at (Discounts typically range from 5% to 50% and sometimes more). So, we ask if you want to continue, please buy a RalliTEK product at full price (you may want to buy a cheaper RalliTEK item for this step, or if you have any others already), and review them using one of the methods mentioned above. Share your content with us, and at that point, we can discuss discounts on RalliTEK items with you. That being a dollar amount or a percentage off on your cart. This choice is up to RalliTEK and a per individual agreement. You help us, we help you! Thanks again for your interest!

What is "Free BEST Way!" Shipping?

By default, RalliTEK's "Free BEST Way!" option utilizes UPS and USPS depending on the product size and weight. Smaller items generally ship USPS, while larger items ship UPS.

When is Adult Signature Applied to My Order?

Single items costing over $500 will sometimes have an adult signature and will require a signature upon receiving the package. See your tracking number to see if your product requires an adult signature.

Shipment Cutoff Times

RalliTEK's daily pickup time for UPS and USPS packages is around 1pm and 3pm PST. Depending on the selected carrier speed and RalliTEK's 48 hour processing window, it is RalliTEK's main shipping priority to have all shipments ready for pickup before these times each day.

Address Changes?

No. For security reasons, RalliTEK, and RalliTEK.com will not change any addresses on an order that has already been placed. The customer in question MUST replace the order again with their correct credentials, and request that their incorrect order is canceled. At this time, any cancellation fees will be voided and the customer's incorrect order will be fully refunded.

Will You Ship Internationally?

Sort of. RalliTEK accepts international orders for RalliTEK products only. International orders must be manually created by a RalliTEK employee (contact us to begin this process). Shipping and product costs will be paid by the customer through PayPal (for security reasons). After shipment, international orders will not be eligible for returns and all sales will be final.

If you are a business and want to take advantage of RalliTEK's wholesale prices, please send RalliTEK a copy of your business license and reseller's license to support@rallitek.com. Please also include your RalliTEK account info.
