  • The 1-piece driveshaft for the 2005 Legacy 2.5 GT is a complete 6061-T6 3" aluminum shaft that is approximately 1/2 the weight of the factory 2-piece driveshaft. The 1-piece aluminum shaft features larger, replaceable u-joints and can handle about 650WHP and 155 MPH. By removing the factory 2-piece shaft and installing a single shaft the car will feel more responsive due to the lighter weight of the shaft and also the fact that the hanger bearing is not moving up and down during acceleration.

  • The Level 5 front axles are a direct fit set and feature our aerospace grade axle bars, billet male inner CV and a direct fit outer CV that will fit the factory wheel hubs. These axles have a 1-year warranty. Price listed is for both axles.

  • This is DriveShaft Shops bar upgrade for the STI rear axles making them capable of 600hp. The stock inner and outer CV's are made from chromoly but the stock center bar is made from some other cheaper material that is not capable of handling high horsepower applications. You will have to remove the axle ends and re-assemble them on the bars supplied in the kit. 

    The kit comes with (2) axle bars (4) boots and (8) clamps and grease.
