Impreza Models 1993-2008
The Subaru Impreza bebuted 1993. The name "Impreza" is from an Italian word, impresa, meaning a feat or achievement. In Polish, "Impreza" means "party", "event" or "show". The Impreza brought Subaru three consecutive WRC titles (1995–97) and a driver's championship for the late Colin McRae in 1995, the late Richard Burns in 2001, and Petter Solberg in 2003. While many rivals have come and gone, Subaru and the Impreza have remained one of the most consistent contenders in WRC during the last 13 years.
