The Tomei Type 80 Expreme Titanium Cat-Back Exhaust System has undergone a new revolutionary design to reduce weight and increase performance and horsepower. The new design has been fully fabricated using lightweight titanium to weigh 7.3 kg (16.1lbs) and with minimal bends, reducing exhaust turbulence under acceleration while improving throttle response, horsepower, and torque.
Intended to become the direct factory exhaust system replacement, the exhaust hangers have been positioned to pair with OEM locations so, there is no need for additional modifications.

They have started by stripping the weight down to what feels like nothing compared to the stock exhaust. They did this by using titanium over steel and making the exhaust as straight as possible. Fewer bends mean fewer materials used. They even went so far as to think about the extra weight regular style flanges add, so they went ahead and went with a weight saving spring and clamp setup.

This design is suited for vehicles that are running a forced induction (Turbos or Superchargers) setup. With the main focus being maximum exhaust flow efficiency, this design is primarily focused on maximum weight reduction and for best overall performance gains.

If a RalliTEK branded product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it at our discretion. This policy covers only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
No payment or reimbursement shall be made for installation, removal, transportation, or other charges. The remedies outlined in this instrument are exclusive and the liability of RalliTEK with respect to any sale shall not exceed the price of the product on which the liability is based.
